We are seeking Concrete Workers for an ever increasing high level of current and forward building construction contracts throughout New Zealand, including Auckland, Christchurch and Queenstown.

Our client is looking for concrete workers with at least 3 years' experience. The ability to work efficiently is essential as working with concrete requires completing certain tasks before the concrete sets.
Pre-Cast
The ideal applicants will have previous experience with the manufacture of pre-stressed unispan and interspan flooring and decking systems, pre-stressed piles, precast beams, stairs, curved panels, large commercial and architecturally styled panels and civil engineering works often undertaken on a design and build basis.
Concrete Placers
The ideal applicants will have previous experience with shuttering for housing foundations, paths, driveways, or commercial building site experience.
The successful applicant will need to possess the following;
- Proven concreting experience
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- Strong planning, organising and problem solving skills
- Sound communication skills
- A commitment to Quality and Health & Safety.
Main duties will include but are not limited to:
- Heavy lifting
- Remedial work
- Concrete laying/finishing
- Steel fixing/tying
- Shuttering
