Our Client is a dynamic construction company going through a major growth phase, due to this growth phase they need an experienced Construction Manager who can demonstrate their achievements based on past projects they have been involved in.

The right person for this position will have sound understanding of retail, residential and light commercial construction, supervisory experience, strong communication skills and above all have the ability to multi task and see projects through to completion.

In this role you will be responsible for the following;

• Interpreting plans and specifications to ensure construction and contract compliance. 
• Monitoring and assessing construction performance ie; cost, schedule.
• Quality Materials Management
• Health and Safety monitoring
• Reporting to manages any field construction issues.
