For these positions you must be able to operate machinery as well as repair and maintain it. A Mechanical qualification is preferred with at least one harvest season of experience behind you. A full drivers license is essential.
You will be able to work on a variety of tractors, harvesters, combines and mowers, and do it unsupervised, with speed and accuracy your "middle name".
