Within your application for this role you will need to demonstrate the following criteria:

• Previous experience of pipe laying or drain laying.
• Physically capable of completing the tasks required.
• Able to follow and give effective instructions.
• Able to effectively coach, develop and train staff.
• Work practices are safe and do not endanger yourself or others
