This position requires a motivated, energetic team player.

Operating as a senior member of the team, liaising with your Supervisor and Project Manager, your responsibilities are to carry out construction practises safely and to the highest of standards possible.

You will also be responsible for the planning, organisation and the execution of work as required and you will be overseeing daily activities of junior staff, plant and materials as delegated.

Maintaining good communication skills, both written and oral are essential.

Being clearly focused on objectives, and ensuring deadlines are met, while maintaining a strong commitment to quality assurance, ability to work accurately with a minimum of supervision. 

The work involves maintenance and new build construction in both private and public sector. 

Liaising with management and contractors to resolve construction issues

Liaising with management on analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills with initiative and flexibility.
