We are currently seeking a Duty Manager to join a professional and dynamic team in both the Restaurant & Bar. The restaurant and bar is Irish inspired and caters to the like, so an understanding of the Irish culture and being able to provide a true Irish experience is an advantage.

This full-time role will see you working alongside the existing management team and overseeing the day to day management.

• Personable and able to make comfortable conversations while maintaining work rate.
• Experienced Bartender and capability to provide tableside service.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding and appreciation of quality food and beverage.
• Be genuinely customer focused & committed to providing outstanding customer service.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Systems orientated with eye for detail.
• Available for flexible work hours including evenings and weekend
