The roles involve:

• Providing high end cuisine to patron’s
• Managing a busy kitchen with a emphasis on evening service & stock control
• Having great presentation and an exceptional work ethics.
• Being well organised and have the ability to multitask.
• An ability to lead and inspire others
• Having an understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety principles.
