What we are looking for
We are seeking an experienced seasoned sales consultant who has a proven track record of driving profitable growth and can drive the Agstaff brand across the primary sector. Your ability to manage and influence a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders is extremely crucial and your outstanding results in developing and executing sales within an existing portfolio and marketing to new and potential clients.
We are looking for someone who has either a farming background or has a passion for agricultural and an understanding of the rural sector. With an engaging personality that demonstrated leadership and management skills to achieve favourable results.
We require a high level of customer service delivered to our clients through face to face and telephone-based sales with a continuous focus on sales and building and maintaining client accounts.
Naturally, you will be strategically minded with a strong business acumen foundation and always thinking two steps ahead to ensure competitive advantage within your portfolio. You will show leadership and management skills in order to ensure achievement of targets for profitability, growth and innovation.
