Due to increased expansion into the Mackay area, there is an exciting opportunity for a Machinist who has CNC machine, horizontal boring, and lathe experience within the engineering industry, to be part of the new growth of this company
This is a full-time, shift work role with overtime available at an amazingly clean workshop, with a great working culture and the opportunity for advancement and success within the workshop and beyond
The following skill sets are required for this role:
- CNC Turning
- Horizontal Boring
- Welding
To be considered you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- A Trade qualification
- Current work rights OR to be negotiated and arranged
- Willingness to learn company processes
- Available for full-time, long term employment
- Great attitude and work ethic
- Current Drivers license and own transport (highly regarded)
Current 457/482 Sponsorship is an option, and relocation assistance may be provided to the successful candidate if required
