We are seeking a experienced Production Operator to join a leading International Company located in Waikato committed to excellence in production, prioritising quality, efficiency, and compliance.

• Shift pattern (2 days on, 2 nights on, and 4 days off).
• Hours of work are 6.00am/pm - 6.00am/pm.
• PERMANENT ROLE

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet productivity and quality targets.
• Support engineering team in maintenance and process improvements.
• Provide accurate data on productivity, yield, and downtime.
• Ensure product meets specifications and compliance with quality/HACCP plan.
• Manage sampling, cleaning schedules, and ERP system accurately.
• Support H&S and risk management plans for compliance.
• Maintain a healthy, safe work environment and support waste reduction initiatives.
• Develop effective working relationships with team members.
• Act in accordance with company values to achieve desired outcomes.
• Fulfill any other responsibilities as required, especially in a Greenfield start-up environment.
• You will be required to operate a forklift and will have support with certified forklift training.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous experience in HACCP production facility with knowledge of OSH and quality control.
