Are you a highly skilled Project Manager or Estimator ? Our client is looking for someone who can bring the best of both worlds , as this role is a great combination of project management and estimating for High end New Build Homes.  This role will be based in Oamaru. 

About the role:

• You will provide information on the cost relating to that given project.
• Assisting other management team members with decision making.  
• Making sure projects are running on time and to budget. 
• There is also an aspect of administration duty's to this role 

As the successful candidate you will have:

• Experience in either - Project Management and or Estimating  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter focused on exceeding Client's expectations.
